Simada Center Guest House has just opened its doors in the heart of picturesque Varshets – the pearl of the Balkan Mountains, famous for its mineral springs and crystal-clear air.
Our house embodies the spirit of old Varshets – with architecture inspired by tradition and an atmosphere that makes you feel at home the moment you arrive.
Located just a few steps from the main pedestrian alley, cozy cafés, restaurants, and local attractions, Simada Center is the perfect place for your vacation, celebration, or family gathering.
With a capacity of up to 28 guests across three separate floors, the house offers the ideal balance between space and privacy.
You can choose from a variety of accommodation options – from comfortable double rooms (some with an extra bed) to four spacious studios, perfect for families or groups of friends.
In the relaxation zone, you’ll experience pure bliss – the jacuzzi, steam bath, and sauna will help you unwind and recharge your senses.
And for extra relaxation – don’t hesitate to book a massage!
In the self-catering kitchen and large indoor dining area with a children’s corner, you’ll find everything you need for shared moments and cozy meals.

Сancellation policy
Free Cancellation up to 7 Days Before Arrival – Full Refund.
(If cancelled after this period, the cost of the first night will be withheld.)
In case of no-show, the entire deposit will be retained.
For specific offers, cancellation conditions may differ.
Refunds for payments made with a bank card will be processed by transferring the amount to the IBAN you provide, within 14 days of submitting this IBAN.
The refunded amount does not include any fees charged by the bank.
The amount of the refunded sum will be determined in accordance with the terms specified in the general conditions, described in detail when making the reservation.
