Welcome to a guest house in Varshets – a place for coziness, tranquility and complete relaxation.
Located in the heart of picturesque Varshets, famous for its mineral springs and clean mountain air, the house combines the convenience of modern accommodation with a sense of home comfort and a peaceful atmosphere.
Just a short distance from the main pedestrian promenade, cafes and restaurants, this is the ideal place for a vacation, weekend getaway or family gathering.
The house has a capacity of up to 28 guests and three separate floors, which provides both space and privacy. Comfortable double rooms and spacious studios are available, suitable for families and groups of friends.
For complete relaxation, a SPA area with a jacuzzi, steam bath and sauna is available, as well as the possibility of massages. Guests can also enjoy a self-service kitchen, a large dining room with a children's corner and an outdoor barbecue for pleasant evenings outdoors.
Here you will find a place for peace, shared moments and true relaxation - away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Cancellation policy
Free Cancellation up to 7 Days Before Arrival – Full Refund.
(If cancelled after this period, the cost of the first night will be withheld.)
In case of no-show, the entire deposit will be retained.
For specific offers, cancellation conditions may differ.
Refunds for payments made with a bank card will be processed by transferring the amount to the IBAN you provide, within 14 days of submitting this IBAN.
The refunded amount does not include any fees charged by the bank.
The amount of the refunded sum will be determined in accordance with the terms specified in the general conditions, described in detail when making the reservation.
